The Work Justice Firm is a highly respected employment litigation firm dedicated to protecting the rights of employees. We are looking for a litigation attorney to join our firm’s plaintiff-side employment practice. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding plaintiff firm. Requirements:
- active CA bar license;
- experience in discovery, law and motion, and depositions;
- ability to manage a large caseload;
- ability to handle cases independently;
- effective negotiating skills in mediation and with defense counsel;
- strong work ethic, professionalism and positive attitude; and
- strong academic credentials
