Position Details
Title: Electro Mechanical Assembler
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Duties
As an Electro Mechanical Assembler, you will:
- Assemble and complete electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies using hand tools.
- Follow detailed blueprints, drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently when required.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Experience using a variety of hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the workday.
