Looking for a Foreman for our night shift.
Someone that can read drawings and run a crew of up to 7 guys.
Hours: 2pm to 10:30pm
Responsibilities:
• Weld/Fabricate steel and aluminum, via GMAW process.
• Operate hand tools, Iron Worker, Shear, band saw, cold saw, and Forklift.
• Able to read/understand Blueprints, Drawings, and Diagrams.
• Excellent communication in a fast paced team environment.
• Adherence to company policies, ethics, safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years experience in GMAW process.
• Have strong Work Ethic, excellent Communication Skills, and Responsibility.
• Be AWS D1.1 Certified
• Have ability to fabricate Structural and Pipe/Handrail.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Able to lift 50lb
Desired Skills:
• Bilingual/Spanish
• Can operate Press Brake, Plasma table, CNC Machinery
• Can weld with GTAW process.
