SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for dependable, experienced caregivers to support clients in Porter Ranch and nearby areas.
This is a great fit for someone who enjoys one-on-one care, values flexibility, and takes pride in helping seniors remain safe and independent at home.
What You’ll Help With
Depending on the client, your responsibilities may include:

Companionship and conversation

Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
-
Walking, mobility, and transfer support
-
Meal preparation
-
Medication reminders
-
Light housekeeping and laundry
-
Transportation and errands
-
Observing and reporting changes in a client’s condition
What We’re Looking For
We’re especially interested in caregivers who are:

Reliable and punctual
-
Comfortable with hands-on personal care
-
Experienced in senior or in-home care
-
Professional with clients and families
-
Able to work independently in a client’s home
-
Able to reliably commute to Porter Ranch
Basic Requirements
-
California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or ability to obtain
-
Live Scan/background clearance
-
Current TB clearance, or ability to obtain
-
Reliable transportation
-
Valid driver's license and auto insurance when required
-
Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care
-
CNA, HHA, CPR, and First Aid certifications are a plus, but not required.
