Location: Pomona, CA – Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time, 1-Year W-2 Contract
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Schedule: Day Shift | Overtime and Saturdays as needed

Role Overview
BEPC is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to join a hands-on production team in Pomona, CA. This position supports the manufacturing, assembly, labeling, packaging, and palletizing of oral fluid extraction tube products in a semi-automated manufacturing environment.
Team members rotate through production stations approximately every two hours, providing exposure to multiple stages of the manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are comfortable working on their feet, following detailed manufacturing procedures, and contributing to a quality-focused production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate equipment used in the manufacturing and packaging of products.
- Assemble oral fluid extraction tube products according to established procedures.
- Perform buffer-filling operations using established production methods.
- Operate and monitor semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
- Monitor labeling equipment and verify proper product labeling.
- Package finished products into designated kit quantities.
- Perform manual counting of product according to required pack sizes.
- Rotate approximately every two hours between filling, labeling, packaging, and palletizing stations.
- Check and inspect products according to departmental procedures and quality requirements.
- Identify product or equipment issues during the manufacturing process and promptly escalate concerns to the Line Lead or Supervisor.
- Move completed products between designated production areas.
- Clean manufacturing equipment and maintain an organized work area.
- Follow all applicable manufacturing, safety, quality, and documentation procedures.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or similar experience is preferred.
- Good Documentation Practices (GDP) experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed written procedures and manufacturing instructions.
- Comfortable working with semi-automated production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when assembling, labeling, counting, and inspecting products.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a production team of approximately 5–6 employees.
- Must be dependable and open to working overtime and Saturdays as production needs require.
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to perform repetitive pushing and pulling movements associated with moving products.
- Ability to occasionally bend and stoop and move completed products between work areas.
- No heavy lifting is required.
- Closed-toe, comfortable work shoes are required.
Contract Details
Contract Length: 1-year W-2 contract
Location: Pomona, CA – 100% onsite
Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00/hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Standard Schedule: Approximately 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime Schedule: May extend to approximately 4:30 PM, with Saturdays as needed.
Candidates must be flexible regarding scheduling. A limited number of positions may temporarily require a later shift of approximately 9:30 AM–6:00 PM for 4–6 months.
This opportunity is available on a W-2 basis only. No C2C or B2B arrangements.
Selected candidates will be expected to start as soon as required pre-employment screenings are successfully completed.
