Part-Time EEG Technician (Contract) -- Pasadena

Vital Brain Health helps neurodivergent kids and adults — and people living with anxiety — get life-changing breakthroughs through personalized neurofeedback. We’re seeking a part-time EEG technician in Pasadena to run clean 19-channel recordings so our trainers can stay focused on client training.

This role is EEG acquisition only — not a neurofeedback trainer position. The recording you run is the starting point for every protocol we build.

\n
What you’ll do
\n
- Prepare clients (children and adults) for EEG recordings
\n
- Apply 19-channel caps using standard electrode placement; check impedances; run clean recordings
\n
- Troubleshoot artifacts; complete wrap-up, sanitation, and data upload for review
\n
- Follow our protocols; document sessions briefly
\n
\n
Schedule
\n
- About 8–10 hours/week, typically two half-days (Mon–Fri, within 9:00–5:30)
\n
- Location: 131 N El Molino Ave, Suite 150, Pasadena, CA 91101

Must-haves
\n
- Hands-on EEG electrode / cap experience and strong attention to signal quality
\n
- Professional, calm manner with kids and adults; reliable and punctual
\n
- Comfortable with our software workflows and basic troubleshooting
\n
\n
Nice-to-haves
\n
- qEEG / NeuroGuide experience; ABRET R. EEG T.; hospital EEG or sleep-tech background
\n
