Port Dispatcher with Custom Service & Terminal Experience

Third Party Logistics company seeks 4 experienced Bilingual Drayage Dispatchers with terminal experience and great customer service skills to track drivers and deliveries as well as perform data entry at their facility in Commerce, CA.

These are full-time, temporary positions where you will earn $25 - $26 an hour, depending on your experience. We have the following shift times available:

· Shift A: 6AM – 3PM, Thursday and Friday off.

· Shift B: 6PM – 3AM, Thursday and Friday off.

· Shift C: 6PM – 3AM, Monday and Tuesday off.

· Shift D: 9PM – 6AM, Saturday and Sunday off.

To qualify for these Dispatcher positions, you must have at least 2 years of prior port dispatching experience and speak both English and Spanish fluently. We also require you to have:

Transportation Management System (TMS) software experience such as Profit tools/Port Pro or Tritium.
Experience using GEO Tab or Samsara.
Knowledge of all terminal websites and the ability to create appointments and add/change client schedules.
Prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong typing and data entry skills.
Great customer service skills.
A High School Diploma or GED.
