Traffic Office Clerk is a clerical role in an international freight forwarding company in El Segundo, CA

Location: El Segundo, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 05:00 p.m. or 09:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m.

Long-term temp position

Salary: $21-23/hr.

Requirements of the Traffic Office Clerk;

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience working in freight forwarders, cargo agents, and other related industries is a big plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must adhere to TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations and compliance standards

Responsibilities of the Traffic Office Clerk:

  • Coordinate shipments from facility to client location
  • Track and trace shipments
  • Communicate with customers and vendors
  • Auditing required paperwork
  • Data entry
  • Billing
  • Other related duties will be assigned

Employment Type: Long term temp
