We are seeking a relational self-starter who is receptive, focused on solutions, and not afraid to adapt. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience drafting estate plans and will be certified pursuant to California Business and Professions Code statutes. This is an in-office position in our Roseville office.
Compensation:
$32 - $38 hourly
Responsibilities:

Draft estate plan documents using Clio and Wealth Counsel platforms

Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and administrative staff to fulfill case milestones

Proactively manage estate planning matters, driving cases from design through execution

Direct contact and communication with clients and third parties
Qualifications:

Paralegal certification pursuant to California Business and Professions Code statutes

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal

Technologically proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and electronic case management systems
