Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Handyman for Real Property Management Southland. The Handyman is responsible for providing basic residential maintenance for the properties we manage. Strong candidate will bring a full range of general handyman skills. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic maintenance for managed properties as assigned
- Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services
- Perform work in a timely manner
- After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Skills Desired
- General plumbing
- General electrical
- General painting
- General handyman
- Yard care
- Expert level of communication with team and customers
Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
- General maintenance and repair knowledge
- Willingness to learn
- Must provide own tools necessary for basic maintenance functions
- Willingness to be on-call 24/7
- Company van will be provided
Compensation
- Company credit card for materials
- $150-275 Daily rate
