General Dentist
We are a friendly and established dental practice looking to add a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to our team. We are seeking someone who is professional, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality patient care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
- Develop and explain appropriate treatment plans to patients
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and preventive care
- Review dental X-rays and other diagnostic information
- Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Follow all infection-control, OSHA, HIPAA, and office safety standards
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, administrative staff, and other providers
- Refer patients to specialists when appropriate
- Provide compassionate and professional care while helping patients feel comfortable throughout treatment
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active and unrestricted state dental license
- Current malpractice insurance and required certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome to apply
