The preschool teacher's assistant works closely with the lead teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can learn and grow. The Teacher's Assistant supports the daily classroom routine, assists with activities and supervision, and helps meet the individual needs of each child while promoting the spiritual, emotional, social, and academic development of the whole child.
