What You'll Do

- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of professional and leadership-level positions
- Identify, attract, interview, and develop relationships with exceptional candidates
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality talent
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Help develop and improve recruiting processes as the company continues to scale
- Leverage LinkedIn, networking, referrals, recruiting platforms, and other creative sourcing methods
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals
- Provide insight into talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring markets
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
- Help establish the company's recruiting strategy and infrastructure for future growth
