Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $23/hour, paid weekly

- Located in Roseville, CA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with the coordination of logistics and scheduling for product deliveries and pickups
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Support the implementation of process improvements and best practices within the office environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth flow of operations
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records and reporting
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or professional role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a relevant field is preferred
