NOW HIRING: WORKING FOREMAN – PIPE FITTING AND WELDING We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman to lead and work alongside a field crew on projects in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with pipe fitting, welding, and field installation, along with the ability to supervise a crew and keep projects moving safely and eAiciently. Responsibilities: Supervise and work alongside field crews on industrial projects Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and piping plans Perform and oversee pipe fitting and welding work Coordinate daily field activities and manpower Ensure work is completed accurately, safely and according to project specifications Communicating with project managers, customers, and other trades Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Help troubleshoot field issues and provide practical solutions Monitor quality, productivity, and project schedules Qualifications: Proven experience as a working foreman or lead in the food and beverage industry Strong pipe fitting and welding experience Ability to read and understand construction drawings and piping plans Ability to lead a crew while remaining hands-on in the field Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Valid driver's license Willingness to travel to job sites as needed Compensation: Completive pay based on experience and qualifications To Apply: Please send your resume and a brief description of your pipe fitting, welding, and food/beverage industry
