This is a hands-on, full-service CFO role requiring deep experience in construction and real estate accounting, cash management, and project-based financial oversight.

- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Expert in real estate and construction accounting, project accounting

Qualifications

- Prior leadership role with construction general or subcontractor
- Experience in all phases of multifamily commercial development
- 7 - 10 years' of accounting and finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred
