Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children or in school settings preferred
- Ability to provide individualized and small-group support under the guidance of licensed educators
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive learning atmosphere
- Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students of all backgrounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or paraprofessional certification is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to various classroom routines and needs
Your Role:
- Support teachers with classroom management, instructional activities, and adapting lessons
- Engage with students in one-on-one and group settings, reinforcing learning objectives
- Help monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to educators as needed
- Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Participate actively in daily classroom routines, activities, and projects
- Foster a safe, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment
