Home Health OT
2 years experience in a healthcare setting required
Required certs: BLS & NPI # **Also needs a CA OT license**
HH requires a current driver's license & prof of automobile insurance.
*****We would consider a COTA with home health experience if there are no OT applicants. *****
four visits per day on average; combination of Evals and Revisits
Coverage area includes north-eastern Sac into Folsom AND Woodland - Yolo county service areaqualify for reimbursement.
