Position Name: Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Type: Full Time/Permanent - Direct Hire
Location: Los Angeles, CA, US, 90063
Available Shifts: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week
Salary range: $145,000 - $175,000 annually

Position Summary:

The Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant works collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform medical histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans.
Perform or assist with laboratory and screening procedures.
Recognize situations requiring physician intervention.
Counsel patients on physical and mental health matters.
Facilitate referrals and order routine diagnostic tests.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Active California FNP or PA License
Active DEA License
Professional Liability Insurance
English/Spanish Bilingual

Special Requirements:

Valid California Driver License and reliable transportation.
Background check required.
Maintain automobile insurance.
TB, MMR, TDAP, Influenza and COVID vaccination documentation.
