Position Title: LVN-LPN Urgent Care
Location: Playa Vista, CA 90094
Duration: 13 Weeks
Work Schedule: Day Shift – 4×10 Hours
Pay rate: $35 Local - $45/hr. Traveller
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Experience Required: 1 year of Urgent Care/ER experience and 2 years of overall outpatient experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and oxygen as ordered.
- Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, and blood glucose testing.
- Assist with wound care, cast care, EKGs, and catheter insertion.
- Perform telephone triage and medication reconciliation.
- Follow infection control, isolation, and PPE protocols.
- Support urgent care treatment for acute illnesses, injuries, and multiple diagnoses.

Required Qualifications:
- Active California LVN license (must be in hand at submission).
- Valid California IV certification.
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC only).
- IV therapy and blood withdrawal/phlebotomy experience.
- Epic charting experience.
- Flu vaccination required; exemptions and declinations are not accepted.
- Ability to float as needed.
