Forklift Operators / Laborers Needed - Mattress Recycling Facility

Forklift Drivers WANTED - Mattress Recycling Facility - Gilroy, CA

Hourly Payrate: $20.00/hr.

Duties involve operating a forklift to move, load, and unload mattresses from trucks for transport.

Duties Consist Of:

30% Operating Forklift

70% General Labor (Unloading Trucks)

Responsibilities:

Operating a forklift:
Moving and stacking mattresses safely and efficiently.
Following safety protocols:
Adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
Loading and unloading:

Loading / Unloading Mattresses for transport.

Maintaining equipment:
Performing pre- and post-operation inspections of the forklift and ensuring it is in good working condition.
Working with other employees:
Collaborating with team members to meet facility goals and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Experience with forklift operation: Previous experience as a forklift operator is required.
Knowledge of safety regulations: Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
Ability to work in a physical environment: Being able to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Good work ethic and interpersonal skills: Being reliable, able to follow instructions, and work cooperatively with others.
