The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training, document patient progress, and work with the facility's interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications:

- Active California Physical Therapist license
\n - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
\n - Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
\n - Ability to meet facility credentialing and background requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous hospital, rehabilitation, institutional, or correctional experience is helpful but not required
