This position involves participation in an on-call schedule and requires proficiency in various surgical specialties. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team to ensure high-quality patient care.
On-Call Schedule
- Estimated 8 days on call during a 6-week schedule, evenly distributed among team members.
- Kidney call rotation: Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Kidney call rotation: Saturday and Sunday, 24 hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM.
- General call rotation: Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Holiday call rotation: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no kidney call on holidays).
Work Schedule Options
- 4x10 hour shifts
- 3x12 hour shifts
Required Experience and Skills
- Proficiency in robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, orthopedic/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in both scrubbing and circulating roles.
