Job Description1st Shift - 17.00/hourMonday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm ( OVERTIME STARTS AT 4 OR 5 AM )
2nd Shift - 18.00/hourMonday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm ( OVERTIME GETS OUT BETWEEN 12:30AM AND 1:30AM )

What You'll Do:
- Customer Service
- Deal with Account through Email and Phone
- Resolves Issues with Orders and any discrepancies
- Work with Team to get Issues resolved
- Utilizing Computer and Excel
Who You Are:
- Strong Customer service skills
- Computer Proficient
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
- Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.
- Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks.
- Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds.
- Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
