Bring your people skills, drive, and follow-through to US POWER! We’re hiring Energy Consultants for door-to-door homeowner outreach. If you’re comfortable initiating conversations and working toward goals, we offer paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
- Engage homeowners through door-to-door neighborhood outreach.
- Clearly explain our solar and home energy solutions.
- Qualify homeowner interest and schedule consultation appointments.
- Maintain accurate homeowner information and organized appointment records.
Your focus: Build rapport. Qualify interest. Book appointments. Our experienced Solar Consultants handle proposals, financing, and closing deals.
Compensation
- $18.50/hour
- Appointment bonuses, sales commissions, and weekly performance bonuses.
- Potential to earn $80,000–$100,000 annually, based on performance.
Full compensation details will be reviewed during the interview.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Who We’re Looking For
Reliable, self-motivated communicators who listen well, build rapport, and follow through. You should be comfortable approaching homeowners, working outdoors, handling rejection professionally, and applying feedback. Availability during the listed hours is essential. Customer service, retail, hospitality, canvassing, or sales experience is a plus; solar experience isn’t required.
