Job DescriptionR and R Breakfast Spot is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Server to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing the seating process, and creating a positive first impression while helping ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Check on guests throughout their meal
- Process payments accurately
- Keep tables and service areas clean and organized
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or serving experience required
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays, plates, and beverages
- Weekend availability required

Education and Experience:
- 1 year of restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
