About the Role

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the legal field. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience while gathering essential case information for our attorneys.

This is a high-volume, client-facing role in a fast-paced call center-style environment. Team members spend approximately 90% of their workday on the phone, handling inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, comfort with frequent phone interactions, and the ability to remain organized while managing multiple conversations and tasks throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients via phone, including a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a professional, compassionate, and informative experience.
Collect and document case details to determine eligibility based on firm criteria.
Manage the initial stages of client relationships with professionalism and care.
Utilize case management software to maintain accurate and detailed records.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong customer service, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone in a high-volume call center environment.
Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with individuals experiencing challenging circumstances.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Basic administrative or call center experience preferred, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $23 per hour base pay with annual increases of $2.00 through your third work anniversary.
Performance bonuses: First-year total compensation typically $26–$28/hour
