Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities:
*Complete work orders in a timely manner
*Perform routine preventative maintenance
*Plumbing and electrical experience/capable of troubleshooting and making repairs
* Appliance repair and replacement
*Drywall and painting
Maintenance Technician Requirements:
*3-6 months experience in apartment maintenance or other related fields
*Own set of tools
*HVAC a plus
*Ability to work in a team and independently
