Occupational Therapist – General, travel assignment in Clearlake, California. Start date 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,370 to $2,585 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, in a Critical Access Hospital setting. Employment type: Travel - Temporary Assignment with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Conduct OT evaluations and re-evaluations for patients in outpatient, with occasional inpatient coverage
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address ADLs, mobility, cognition, and fine motor skills
- Provide direct OT interventions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed
- Document patient progress and communicate with the care team; collaborate with physicians, nursing, and other rehabilitation professionals
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Requirements
- Active California license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
- BLS certification
- At least two years of recent OT experience
- Ability to work daytime schedule in outpatient settings with some inpatient coverage
- Must be able to complete credentialing and participate in required orientation
