I am representing a premier, rapidly expanding Civil Litigation boutique that is looking for a confident, "go-getter" Paralegal to join their team. What You’ll Do
- Support a dynamic team of 3 Partners and 8 Associates in all phases of civil litigation.
- Manage filings, discovery coordination, and trial preparation for a mix of plaintiff and defense cases.
- Maintain direct, professional communication with clients and opposing counsel.
- Navigate a fast-paced environment where 2–3 cases are actively in trial at any given time.
What We’re Looking For
- The "Go-Getter": We need a confident professional who can take a case and run with it. You should be someone who anticipates needs before they are asked.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills are a must.
- Location: Must be able to commute to either the NorCal or Newport Beach office once a week.
- Stability: We are looking for a long-term fit; "hoppy" profiles will not be considered.
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $110,000 (Salary is highly competitive and based on experience). Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Ample opportunity for discretionary bonuses throughout the year based on performance and trial cycles.
