Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that promote recovery and improvement.
- Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, taking care to adapt your approach based on patient responses and unique circumstances.
- Lead psychoeducational and support groups, creating an environment of shared experience for individuals facing similar challenges, fostering community connection and support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to provide well-rounded and holistic care that addresses all aspects of a patient's wellbeing.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and stability of our clients when they need it most.
- Educate clients about their mental health conditions, proposed treatment options, and community resources to empower them on their path to recovery.
- Maintain precise, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring the integrity of patient records.

You will primarily work with a diverse population experiencing a range of issues, from mild anxiety and depression to more severe disorders like bipolar disorder or substance abuse. Qualifications\n

- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Solid understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic methods relevant to diverse populations.
- Demonstrated experience conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, conducive to building rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
