United Staffing Associates is partnering with a family-owned construction company seeking an organized and detail-oriented AP/AR Clerk. This hands-on position supports accounting and daily operations within a collaborative small-office environment.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process check runs, vendor invoices, daily cash sales, customer payments, and credit memos.
- Audit and post purchase-order and non-purchase-order invoices.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing and reporting.
- Prepare invoices and proposals.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- At least three years of AP/AR experience.
- Strong QuickBooks Online or Desktop knowledge.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Working knowledge of GAAP.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
