Mandatory Key Skills

1. Experience: 3+ years in medical device or electromechanical equipment manufacturing.
2. Electromechanical Assembly: Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical assembly, system integration, and cable harnesses.
3. Electrical Troubleshooting: Multimeter usage, grounding, isolation, and electrical diagnostics.
4. Mechanical Troubleshooting: Assembly issues, alignment, sensor faults, and rework.
5. Testing: Functional testing, system-level testing, and validation support.
6. Medical Device Compliance: GDP, GMP, ISO 13485, and FDA QSR.
7. ESD Controls: Hands-on experience in ESD-controlled manufacturing environments.
8. Assembly Tools: Torque wrenches, screwdrivers, calipers, presses, and multimeters.
9. Documentation: Production records, inspection reports, and electronic DHR/MES documentation.
