Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current OT licensure (CA or eligibility for CA endorsement)
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Familiarity with mMa (manual muscle assessment) techniques
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Adaptable and eager to work in diverse educational environments
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Evaluate and treat students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Conduct mMa assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and student support teams for optimal student outcomes
- Maintain detailed progress notes and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a supportive, encouraging environment for student success
