Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Finance Manager to support business performance and financial decision-making across our North America operations in San Diego, California. This role combines strategic finance leadership with hands-on oversight of planning, reporting, and commercial analysis, helping leaders make informed decisions that support growth and profitability. The position will also strengthen financial processes, improve reporting quality, and provide practical insight across revenue, margin, cash flow, and operating performance.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as a key finance partner to regional leadership by providing financial insight, balanced recommendations, and constructive input on strategic and day-to-day decisions.
• Direct the budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycle for North America, ensuring assumptions are well supported and aligned with broader business goals.
• Manage commercial finance activities tied to profit and loss performance, including revenue trends, gross margin, customer economics, and business risks.
• Lead recurring performance reviews with business stakeholders, highlighting key drivers, areas of concern, and agreed follow-up actions.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate investments, pricing approaches, and resource allocation decisions.
• Convert operational and financial data into clear recommendations related to sales performance, cost management, profitability, and cash flow.
• Prepare management reporting, forecast updates, budget submissions, and variance commentary in partnership with broader finance teams.
• Oversee finance operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll governance to support accuracy, control, and policy compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and decision support through analytics, automation, and modern finance tools.• A detail-oriented accounting or finance qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or a comparable credential, along with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong background in commercial finance, financial planning and analysis, or finance business partnering, ideally within a technology, SaaS, subscription, or product-focused environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, annual budgeting, variance analysis, and core budget processes.
• Experience supporting pricing decisions, contract evaluation, and commercial planning within the U.S. market is strongly preferred.
• Advanced analytical capability, with proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI and comfort working with data-driven finance processes.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, apply sound business judgment, and solve complex financial problems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones.
