I work with growing restaurant groups. You are welcome to check out the list on my website , www.realrestaurantsolutions.com. I am considering retiring. I am seeking a buyer for my practice, a problem solver with a can do perspective.

I currently have 8 clients with decades of long-term relationships, but I have to add value on a monthly basis. The fee I charge is less than the value I bring every month. That is the only way to maintain and grow the business. My current clients will want to meet you and see what you have to offer and pay monthly for you to maintain business[ that it's up to you. A Michilen starred past and pedigree would be helpful.

There are 60 restaurants in total, all companies are growing and healthy. I get to see multiple owners and their dynamic operations doing the same job, going about it a different way and getting different results. I therefore have a lot of data to find best practices to share with others and worse practice to stop. We are constantly innovating through AI and hard-core operational excellence, challenging, and being helpful at the same time.
