Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and explain our insurance products.

Provide personalized quotes that accurately protect our clients' families and assets.

Follow up with existing policyholders to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.

Handle client questions with patience, empathy, and clear explanations.

Update and maintain detailed records of client interactions in our database.

Collaborate with the rest of the office to meet our shared monthly goals.

Requirements

California Property & Casualty License

Previous experience in insurance, retail, or hospitality

Clear and articulate communication skills

Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
