Overview:
HTF Staffing is looking for a Special Education Teacher (Mod/Severe) in Mission Viejo, CA to support students in a middle school setting.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 40 hours per week
- Assignment: Maternity leave coverage through June 4, 2026
- School Setting: Intermediate school
- Grades: 6th–7th
- Program: Foundational / Non-categorical Mod/Severe classroom
Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction to students with moderate to severe disabilities
- Work on IEP goals with students
- Conduct progress monitoring
- Complete progress reports
- Write and facilitate IEP meetings when required
Requirements:
- Valid California Special Education Teaching Credential (Mod/Severe)
- Experience working with students with special needs preferred
