About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled, confident Renal Hemodialysis Registered Nurse who knows dialysis inside and out and takes pride in delivering precise, compassionate patient care. If you thrive in a fast-paced clinic setting and want to make a real impact for patients with chronic kidney disease, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide safe, high-quality hemodialysis treatments in accordance with clinical protocols and physician orders.
· Perform patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis treatments
· Monitor vascular access sites, dialysis machines, and patient response to treatment
· Prepare patients for dialysis treatments, monitor vital signs, and administer prescribed medications.
· Educate patients and families on treatment plans, access care, and lifestyle considerations
· Collaborate closely with nephrologists, technicians, dietitians, and social workers
· Maintain strict infection control, safety, and documentation standards
Qualifications:
· Active RN license (state-specific, in good standing)
· Dialysis experience is strongly preferred (hemodialysis, clinic experience a plus)
· Solid understanding of dialysis equipment, water systems, and treatment protocols
· Strong assessment skills and calm decision-making under pressure
· Excellent communication and patient-education skills
· Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and patient dignity
