Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential
- Previous classroom experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Modify and adapt instructional materials and teaching methods to support various learning abilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for student progress and IEP compliance
- Foster inclusive classroom environments where every student feels valued and empowered
- Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, families, and support staff
- Provide direct instruction, support, and advocacy for students with varying abilities
