Johnson Service Group (JSG) has an immediate opening for an SMT Operator on Day Shift in Milpitas, CA. This is a temp-to-direct opportunity in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Schedule: Day Shift | 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Operate SMT / Surface Mount Device (SMD) machines in a high-volume production setting
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Support daily production goals and maintain an organized work area
Requirements
- Prior experience operating SMT/SMD equipment
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with standard manufacturing safety practices
