Job Description
Generic Manufacturing builds American-made packaging machinery (conveyors, fillers, labelers, and shrink tunnels) for industries ranging from cosmetics to food and beverage.
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Assemble, align, and test packaging machinery using blueprints and engineering drawings.</li>
<li>Install mechanical, pneumatic, and motorized components.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mechanical issues during machine builds.</li>
<li>Rig, move, and align machinery safely on the shop floor.</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>2+ years of millwright, industrial mechanic, or assembly experience (packaging machinery experience is a plus).</li>
<li>Strong skills with hand tools, precision measuring tools, pneumatics, and gearboxes.</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and work on your feet.</li>
<li>We would love to find someone with welding ability MIG &amp; TIG</li>
