Licensed Clinical Therapist - Remote (California Only)
Job Description
Job DescriptionJoin Our Transformative Mental Healthcare Team
Become part of a movement that is reshaping mental health services. Founded by a group of psychiatrists, our organization is dedicated to addressing the mental health crisis by revolutionizing access to care and enhancing the delivery methods used by clinicians. We prioritize transparency regarding our services, treatments, and coverage options, advocate for innovation, and utilize our extensive data to continuously improve care delivery.
Our mission is straightforward yet impactful: Enhancing lives, one session at a time. Our dedicated clinical team enjoys both independence and institutional support, allowing them to concentrate on what truly matters—improving patient outcomes. Our clinicians aim to make a broader impact beyond individual client care, working to elevate the overall standards of mental health services.
As a trusted behavioral health partner in the Western U.S., we have cultivated strong relationships that provide us with exceptional access, interoperability, and priority referrals. This unique position, combined with our top-tier coordinated care and feedback mechanisms, leads to outstanding outcomes and cost efficiencies.
Our services are designed to be convenient and accessible, merging personalized client engagement with cutting-edge technology to enhance, rather than replace, human interaction. We believe that genuine human connections are vital, and we ensure comprehensive care from the initial match to ongoing sessions, so that no one is overlooked and everyone has a brighter path ahead.
