Join a mobile diagnostic imaging team providing bedside X-ray services to nursing homes and healthcare facilities throughout West Sacramento, California. This permanent opportunity is ideal for an ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist who enjoys working independently and delivering quality patient care in varied clinical settings. Location: West Sacramento, California
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, evening shift, 8 hours per day
Weekend Requirements: Based on patient caseload; additional hours may qualify as overtime

Pay Range: $43–$52 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile X-ray examinations using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment.
- Obtain diagnostic-quality images and transmit them to radiologists for interpretation.
- Perform EKGs when required and transmit results to cardiologists.
- Transport and set up portable imaging equipment at healthcare facilities.
- Complete examination paperwork and billing documentation according to protocol.
- Communicate with dispatch, management, and healthcare facility staff.
- Maintain imaging equipment and the assigned vehicle.
- Follow patient safety, infection control, and imaging procedures.
Requirements:
- Current ARRT (R) certification required.
- Valid California radiologic technologist license; limited licenses are not accepted.
- Valid California driver's license in good standing.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of mobile imaging, including pushing and pulling equipment.
- COVID-19 vaccination required, unless an exemption is approved with supporting documentation.
