A globally leading consumer device company based in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an individual with a passion for problem solving, excellent communication, organization skills to join their team as Operations and Logistics Technician. This individual has a passion for process efficiencies, is an expert in developing and implementing operational excellence, and someone with great communication skills and influence using cross-functional collaboration. They will deliver world-class experiences for all hardware loans management.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing hardware for impactful events
• Coordination and facilitation of loan requests for partners
• Inventory logistics, monitoring and reporting
• Assist partner leads with issue resolution and escalations needed
• Support loan timelines and processes, inventory audits, as well as activities for all partners
• Maintain communication and engagement with vendors and cross-functional partners
Key Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory logistics, product lifecycle and/or project management
• Ability to participate in multiple activities concurrently
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on confidential projects is preferred
• Network or/and server administration experience a plus
Type: Contract
Duration: 8 months with extension possible

Pay range: $ 30.00 - $ 35.00 (DOE)
