The Nail Tech plays a vital role in delivering exceptional nail care services using natural and organic, as well as mixed types of products. Working as part of a large salon team, this professional provides clients with personalized manicure and pedicure treatments, artistic nail designs, and expert advice to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform manicure and pedicure services with attention to detail
- Create custom nail art designs tailored to client preferences
- Provide thorough client consultations to understand needs and recommend treatments
- Ensure strict compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of natural, organic, and mixed nail products
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to optimize salon operations
- Oversee inventory management for nail supplies and products
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote and support retail sales of nail care products
