Job Description
The production operator performs incoming inspections on products, verifies packaging quality, and helps operate machines in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform incoming inspection of all products according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Visually inspect all packaging for contamination, debris, damage, or other flaws and report any nonconformances..
- Follow written and verbal work instructions to support production, packaging, and inspection activities.
- Operate basic production and packaging equipment as needed to support general production tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding product quality, issues, and workflow.
- Perform general labor and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support overall manufacturing operations.
Essential Skills
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting products and packaging.
- Capability to perform general production, packaging, inspection, machine operation, and general labor tasks.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oceanside, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
