Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Current and valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in school psychology
- Experience with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for students
- Provide individual and group counseling and support services
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student needs and intervention strategies
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Deliver crisis intervention and promote positive behavioral supports as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
