What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and ASHA CCCs required
- Previous experience working with students in a K-12 setting, ideally in schools
- Ability to deliver both individual and small-group interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff
- Familiarity with IEP process and progress documentation
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to K-12 students onsite
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Facilitate IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students with speech/language goals
- Maintain timely, accurate evaluation records and progress reports
- Offer training and resources to teachers and families to support student success
