Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and versatile General Laborer to support a variety of operational tasks, including delivery assistance, grounds maintenance, shipping, janitorial duties, and general labor. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
General Labor Tasks
- Perform general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Assist with construction, manufacturing, or warehouse operations as needed.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Support skilled tradespeople and other team members as directed.
Delivery Support
- Load, transport, and delivering materials or products to designated locations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and safe handling of items during transit.
Grounds Keeping
- Maintain outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal or leaf cleanup.
Shipping Assistance
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.
- Support inventory management and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Janitorial Support
- Clean and sanitize work areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in general labor, delivery, or grounds maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety practices.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
- Ability to work outdoors and indoors as needed.
